Abstract:
Heat pumps are central to net-zero buildings, yet adoption remains uneven and often slowed by concerns about cost, reliability, and complexity. How can communication help bridge this gap?
This webinar presents insights from the Users TCP project on constructive narratives for home heat decarbonisation. Drawing on international case studies, literature review, and practitioner interviews, it explores how governments can communicate costs, comfort, and credibility to build public trust and support the transition to low-carbon home heating.
