Abstract:
This presentation will explore the way in which buildings are financed in Europe and where the gaps are. It will take a deep look at the mortgage and energy efficiency markets and conclude that there is a gap for a new EU supported instrument for retired homeowners and the working poor. There are three key elements to the EU Renovation Loan that require historic collaboration among EU Institutions. We will explain how this is practical and possible and answer your questions.
