Are the majority of energy users really hard to reach? Or are we not doing enough to support them?

Abstract:

This webinar summarises all the headline findings from the extensive research undertaken in Phase 1 of the Hard-to-Reach Energy Users Task, and aims to answer the important question: “Are the majority (estimated by this research to be at least 2/3 of energy users) of energy users really “hard-to-reach”? Or are we simply not doing enough to support them better?” The answer to this question will be explored in the recently approved Phase 2 of the Task, which will look at addressing the underlying systemic and structural causes for energy injustice and why so many energy users (want to) remain “hidden” from our well-meaning intentions to help them change their behaviours.
